Dear helpful people on youtube

I can appreciate that some people need a video tutorial for some things, and having video has helped me on a few occasions. However, there are a few things I wold like to suggest.

1. Please make sure your audio is nice to listen to. I don't think you need to sound like Morgan Freeman, but the same rules that apply to 'let's play' apply to you. Keep in mind that you are recording it, and can do it multiple times if you flub or get tongue tide too much during your recording session.

2. NO MUSIC! If you do tutorials often, please limit music to your intro/outtro if you must have them. Having music behind your voice or an overlay on a video with text displaying the instructions is pointless and does nothing but annoy people. which leads me into the next point-

3. The most important suggestion: Put the instructions in text form in the video description so I can quickly read them and get my solution. As I said before, not everyone needs the video, and if you just have a text overlay on the screen with (crappy) music playing over it doesn't help me figure out what I need to do. I can usually get the steps done faster than it would take to watch your video.

Thank you for your time. I wonder if I should put this up on youtube...
